HERCULINER won't chip, flake or peel and is resistant to damage from gasoline and most chemicals & solvents. It can withstand years of heavy duty use.

You can use Xylene while product is still wet, but if it dries, it's permanent.

Clean off immediately with Xylene, then wash hands with soap and water.

You should allow HERCULINER to dry about 9-12 hours before any light use and allow 24 hours for a complete cure. Curing begins when HERCULINER is exposed to atmospheric moisture. Therefore, with higher humidity, curing time is shorter.

First coat forms a good base. After 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours to dry; then apply a second coat that will cover any open pores. One (1) gallon covers 6' beds with 2 coats; an extra quart is needed for 8' beds.

Yes, HERCULINER adheres to itself, while other coatings do not and would have to be removed for gouging repair.

Yes, but after drying, it is no longer flammable.

Yes, HERCULINER can be applied between 32° F and 95° F. However, the colder the temperature and the lower the humidity, the longer the curing process will take. Additionally, it MUST BE APPLIED IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA.
