Product Assortments

HERCULINER's unique, patented polyurethane and rubber crumb formula is a 1 part process. Just stir and spray for a beautiful finish! Once the product is sprayed on the surface, the air causes a chemical reaction which changes the coating from a liquid state to a sealed hard, skid resistant coating. The dry time is dependant upon the humidity - the more humid, the faster the cure time. And while the coating may be dry to the touch in just a few hours, a full cure suitable for heavy use requires 24-48 hours.

We have 3 different product assortments to meet your individual needs:

	Large Assortment - Perfect for larger dealers or dealers with multiple locations!
	You Will Receive: Two spray guns 60 quarts of HERCULINER Protective Coating 12 quarts of HERCULINER UV TopCoat Protectant (this assortment will spray 10 truckbeds)
	Small Assortment - Great trial for new spray-on dealers without a large investment!
	You Will Receive: One spray gun 24 quarts of HERCULINER Protective Coating 4 quarts of HERCULINER UV TopCoat Protectant (this assortment will spray 4 truckbeds)
	Gallon Product - Try our product and use the equipment you already have!

Getting Started

Our low cost, flexible program assortments allow you to enter the spray-on bed liner business and recognize immediate net profits!

To safely apply HERCULINER, you will need:

• Spray booth or similar well ventilated environment

• Preparation Materials - Abrasive scotch brite pad or sand paper, xylene or acetone, masking tape

• Protective clothing and mask

• Plastic or paper sheets to protect truckbed from overspray

• Standard air compressor (spray pressure of 40-60 PSI required)

• HERCULINER Protective Coating and HERCULINER UV Topcoat Protectant

Note: A standard 6 foot truck bed requires 6 quarts of HERCULINER coating; an 8 foot truck bed requires 8 quarts. Both truck beds require 1 quart of HERCULINER UV Topcoat Protectant.
